General Information

JLEP publishes peer-reviewed scholarly articles annually with one issue devoted to papers presented at our annual symposium.

The Journal focuses on the legal side of law and economics while providing readers with greater access to economic insights about legal and policy issues.

We accept article submissions on a rolling basis and are accepting submissions for our 2026-2027 peer-reviewed issue.

Authors should only submit articles that have not been previously published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
